Why doesn’t my cocoa bomb look exactly like the picture?
Each cocoa bomb is handmade, so no two are identical! Colors, drizzle, or sprinkle placement may vary slightly - that’s part of their charm and what makes each one unique.

Do you ship?
Yes! We currently ship within the U.S. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We take extra care to package each cocoa bomb so it arrives safe and ready to enjoy!

Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! Local pickup in Charlotte (Camp North End) is available at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Do you do custom or bulk orders?
Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life -whether it’s a baby shower, wedding favor, corporate gift, or holiday event. Just share your vision on our contact page, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

How do I use my cocoa bomb?
Heat milk of your choosing to almost boiling, pop in your cocoa bomb, stir, sip, sparkle. ✨

How should I store my cocoa bombs?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from heat or sunlight. They’ll stay fresh for up to six weeks. (Don't put them in the fridge! Chocolate sweats!)

Do you offer seasonal or limited-edition designs?

What allergens should I know about?
Our cocoa bombs contain milk and soy, and the chocolate we use may be processed in a facility that also handles tree nuts and peanuts. Some decorations may include food dyes. If you have allergies, please reach out before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

What if my cocoa bomb arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if something doesn’t arrive in perfect shape, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right!
